Good so far. Home assembly is complete. From left wheel is wobbling, still trying to figure out the issue whether I am not securing it tight enough or the tire or rim is warped. There is a clicking noise while riding it, still troubleshooting that as well. Overall, everything seems to be as good of quality!
I was expecting a call the day before it arrived, but inside instead received a call at 10 am for a 1 pm delivery. It worked out fine just not expected.

Great Product and Customer Service
Installation was not bad just take your time. Be sure to change the oil before start up, because the oil that comes in the engine is a corrosive preservative for shipping only. Use a quality atv oil for air cooled engines. I use Lucas 10w-40 atv oil. One quart of oil is all you need about 3/4 of the quart. I suggest watching first time start up video on YouTube, on you exact atv. After learning how to start atv be sure to put wd-40 on the chain. Then go have fun .

I was forced to pick up the product i ordered 15 miles away from my home and despite the fact that i not only didnt have the proper means of transporting them back home, but also with no way to get them out of the back of my truck. I paid the shipping fee to have it taken to my home because the trucking company was able to properly unload it. I feel like i got screwed out of my money.

Easy ordering and super fast shipping
So far so good. It came on time like it said it would. Poor driver couldn’t make it down my street so had to go meet him up the road which was fine. Having issue with top screw for front brake. It won’t screw in at all but besides that it’s a great bike for a beginner cause I’ve never rode before and I’m 35 years old. Started right up let it warm up since it was cold and I rode it up and down the street to get the feel for it and it was a blast.
Disappointed to find out later this this product is more than $200 cheaper on amazon 🙁

The purchase process, item details and shipment/delivery was an extremely easy process. The only drop in star level is due to the fact that the bike is shipped disassembled with no instructions. I’m a decent mechanic so it didn’t take long to get it together and running but there should be some kind of build and setup instructions. I will be calling Fepowersports and look forward to working with them to make sure I get the most out of this cool little bike.
I ordered 2 quads. When I received them they were stacked on top of each other so while getting 1 on the top off since I had to do it by myself damaged the plastic on the bottom 1. Then after the 2 hour assembly the front brakes do not work at all. I’m sure adjusting them will fix the problem but should not have to do that at all. Also when pushing the gas full throttle the quad dies
One of the parts were bent and had to try to unbending to install. Then atv only worked for 1 day and now we are waiting for part, going on day 7. ATV is good quality just having some technical issues. Still waiting on the helmet set we ordered with the ATV now going on 2 weeks.

Placed an order and website showed it would arrive by April 15th. Paid for expedited shipping (2-4 business days) to make sure it did. Go kart wasn’t picked up until Monday, April 13th and isn’t getting delivered until April 16th. Contacted the company and they had nothing to offer except excuses and the 15th was just an estimate. We will see how the go kart works when we get it. I understand things are taking longer right now, but when someone pays extra you should offer more than excuses if you don’t hold up your end of the deal.

Small ATV was bought for my grandson’s birthday. Delivery was exceptionally fast! There was a few scratches here and there, nothing major, but I mean it’s a 4 wheeler, it’s gonna get plenty of them coming up. I could tell it was brand new never been used by no gasoline smell in the gas tank. Oil was already in the crankcase. Set up was easy. Put the wheels on, attach handle bars, hook up battery, check oil, put gas in it, and it fired up after the gas had time to get to the engine with the choke on. So far so good! I am a real customer, not a bot. I was skeptical at first, but I was an amazing experience. Fepowersports is a legit place to buy an ATV online at a great price!
Ordering machine was easy. Once it got to my house I noticed it was shipped underside down so all the engine oil had leaked out of it. (I cant blame the dealer for that) Luckily it didn’t get in the cylinder or carburetor. I put some break in oil in it and ran it threw the break in procedure. Everything worked flawlessly.
So far so good credit card issues were held up but was not Fepowersports fault. Recieved atv in 5 day. No issues all looks good. Great dealing with this company. Wish it had assembly instructions though.

I had been searching for a 4-wheeler for my daughter’s birthday. I found plenty of sites that sold them but in researching reviews and the BBB about those companies, I was quickly turned away. I stumbled upon fepowersports and upon searching their website I had some questions so I used their online chat option and was pleasantly surprised to actually be talking to a live person. There were issues with shipping so I called twice and got no answer but I received a call from the business returning a missed call. I was amazed that they would follow up on a missed call. I placed my order over the phone, shipping was fast, product was as described and I can’t wait to give my daughter her birthday present this weekend and to see her face light up.

We really like the dirtbike that we purchased. It runs great and has the right amount of power. Putting the dirtbike together proved to be a little difficult because the instructions are not thorough. And the only thing I was dissatisfied with was the way the stickers were placed on the plastic parts of the bike. Someone did not take their time and put them on unevenly. Overall we are satisfied with this purchase.

The rear rack had minor damage from shipping. The brackets that hold the reflectors are bent, I bent them back. It’s not a huge deal, put not a perfect 5 star.
Easy process, buying this for my grandkids, hoping the deal is as good as it seems, I have looked at alot of different places and Fepowersports is by far the best deal. I think the grandkids will love it.
I got my bike and put it together and everything it was perfectly fine and on the first ride within 20 minutes by the way, a piece connecting to the fuel tank broke and leaked out slowly, all the gas I put in it and the back tire is flat already.
I am very happy with the delivery of my Vitacci UT 200cc. I did have an issue with mounting the front wheels, I did call in to Fepowersports on 10. 23.2024. Talked with Customer Service. I was told they would have a tech call me back to discuss the mounting of the front wheels. It’s 24 hours later, no one has contacted as yet. I have resolved the issue myself. So no need to call. P.s. I am still waiting for the registration paperwork. I would appreciate a follow-up call when it is sent out. Thanks

Delivery is curbside only, they will not pull into your driveway. That was fine, but it would have been nice to know. Also, the assembly directions were terrible. My husband is good at mechanics so it was fine, but took several hours to assemble. Otherwise everything was fine.
Product was great, my problem is that when vehicle was towed cover blew off and bent both long side rails. I need to order both side rails and one corner black piece. Thanks

This is the second one i purchased this month. First arrived on time so I decided to order another. The first one has a broken bracket on the right handlebar that attaches the breaks and throttle. The second one doesn’t start
Shipping container had some damage, front plastic grill has long deep scratch and 2 of the tires were zip tied by the manufacturer so tight that they don’t deal to the rim so slow leaks.

No problem placing the order. Curious about the timing and condition of the bikes. They arrived less than a week after the order, although there was no tracking given until I enquired. I would do business with them again and have to say, my experience has been great.
Overall a great experience. The website clearly listed which items were available. I ordered the item on Wed and had it the following Monday. I ordered the TaoMotor New Cheetah and its a very nice kids ATV. Note that the manual states the unit comes with shipping oil in the engine and must be changed before starting up the engine! Also, please give yourself a minimum of 4 hours to do the assembly. The ATV started right up and runs great. Everything works as expected.

While the shopping experience was straightforward, with well-designed website and easy steps through purchase, I found it odd that the only confirmation of my order that I received was a bank receipt. I was given no notice of delivery until a driver called 10 minutes prior. It’s nice that it came earlier than expected, but we weren’t home to receive it. It took my husband a little longer to put together than directions indicated, but overall, he said it seems like a well made ATV. We’ll see how my son likes it after we give it to him for his birthday.
My car wouldn’t start and I couldn’t get anybody on the phone. The voicemail asked me to send an email for technical support. I still haven’t heard from them. The instruction manual didn’t have pictures of the inventory list. I had to google each item to know which item it was. The book just shows menial diagrams of where things should go. There is no step by step. UPS delivered my vehicle. The delivery guy was a small framed guy. My teenage daughter and I (I am female) had to help him heave the car up my driveway. I need a gas cap and a horn. It was missing. The horn I found. the gas cap….no luck. I covered it with foil and a large twist tie. The car came on a crate and was in there crooked so everything was a nightmare. The order form mentioned light assembly, steering wheel and tires. Tuh!!!! Everything but the engine needed assembly. Even the gas tank wasn’t on. I feel very un-supported.

Overall good experience. The wheeler had some paint scuffs and a couple nuts missing upon un-packaging. That’s from factory, not the dealer. It was easy to finish the wheeler assembly. Just a note, you’ll have to align and center the steering so if you aren’t comfortable doing it, that may be an added expense to have that done. It’s pretty easy if you look it up on YouTube. It started right up and rides pretty well. Remember folks, these are fun(but cheap) wheelers. Lots of fun, but there are some imperfections and the quality of finishes matches the price. The Honda clone motors used in them are pretty good quality. They’ve had years to perfect it. That said, if you take care of them, they will still last years and make many memories.
I never received any tracking information for shipping but it all came in good time. All parts were there, took my husband about an hour and a half to put together. Its a birthday present for my son so we have yet to ride it. It looks awesome.

Instruction for assembly were terrible. Basically worthless. Didn’t take too long to get it together but it wont start. Has power but will not turn over. Going to trouble shoot today before contacting Fepowersports. Obviously I cant respond to functionality of motor, trans, suspension etc. Hope to ride it today

Received quad quickly and in good condition. Directions were very poor but the machine is of pretty good quality. I changed front shocks (stock are way to stuff) & front sprocket to 1 tooth smaller to get better low end power. We’ve given it a pretty good test on the trails & so far I’m pretty satisfied with my purchase.

We bought a coolster 125cc quad for our daughter. the crate showed up on a delivery truck, from open to start up if we had new oil for it and gas here…yes it comes with break-in oil please change it almost immediately would of been about 1-1.5hrs with adding aftermarket wheel spacers front shocks and a few other pieces so no problem at all it runs great…even pulls us with no problem
Received tao tao Bull 200 i ordered. seems it may be an older or cheaper model since it does not have a digital display or hour meter. will buy another one if we are happy with the way this one runs.

Outstanding experience with fe. I ordered it on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday. Delivery was smooth and bike arrived in very good shape. Only damage was a small scratch on a sticker. One area that needs improvement is the installation instructions for the front wheel, battery, and front number plate. Users manual also needs improvement on where oil drain plug is located abs what it should be torqued to. Overall very happy with my purchase and my son loves it! Might by a bigger one for myself if fe can hook me up with a smoking deal!

The dirt bike came with a missing kill switch button cover and a broken front break. Still waiting on a response from the warranty claim department. The submitted issue along with photo’s yesterday, upon receiving/unboxing the dirt bike. I would insist on having front breaks working before allowing my kids to get on this.
Had problems getting it started after assembly. Bad battery! Other then paying 100 out of pocket for a new battery, I was satisfied with the purchase.

I had a great experience with Bryce from your sales team. The shipping company Esquire was terrible.. They didn’t show up on the day we scheduled. They had no idea where their driver was. I called the next day and I was told I probably wouldn’t have a delivery until the next week. Then a driver called me and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes.
Overall great shipping time, easy to put together, although I had to re-pin the harness for the electric start and killswitch. They were not pinned correctly so I couldn’t shut it off or even use the electric start. Works great after re- pinning. Bike overall if a great starting bike. Make sure you do a check over for loose parts, even the crank case plugs were loose, noticed it leaking a little bit, tighten it up no leaks now. See how this machine does on trail ridding. Great buy besides, having to re-pin and do a once over with loose components, upgrade carb is a must for better throttle response overall performance.
Ordered a Amigo Jax, but got a call and told me it was out of stock. Switch over to a Warrior. Receiving the shipping from the carrier was easy. The box, frame and pallet looked a little rough, so I was concerned at first. After I unpacked it, the scooter was in good shape except for a few rub spots that mostly buffed out.

The bike works great although a temporary tag would’ve been nice to have so I could have driven it home.Also you all may want to invest in a different shipping company.They cracked the side of my bike a little,stripped some paint off,and took a chunk out the light switch somehow.The driver was a bit of a smartalic.
I paid extra for faster processing and shipping, it was well worth it. I replaced the dead battery it came with, no complaints. Financing options work out great. Hours after placing my order, TMs called me to set up shipping. I did a lot of research online before purchasing my bike (TBR7), so I knew exactly what to expect from it and how to assemble/setup/break in. As most people know, tbr7 needs assembly and adjustments before a proper break in. The stock carburetor is a PZ30 and it needs new jets and tuneing immediately! It also needs oil and a valve adjustment! This is just the way things come from factory. Delivery guy was fast and helpful, he put it right under the shade tree for me. He showed up hours ahead of schedule, he had it unloaded fast and turned around without any problems. My TBR7 must be a newer model because it has a dipstick instead of a sight glass and the carburetor choke is on the handlebars. All in all the tbr7 has all the bones of a great bike, just needs upgrades and tender love and care. This is my first motorcycle and I’m having a blast riding it. I haven’t gotten my title or tags yet but I doubt I’ll have any trouble registering it in Arkansas. Big thanks to Fepowersports and happy riding to everyone.

The payment option is wonderful! The atv came scratched and dented but I am currently working on a warranty claim to get it worked out! Overall my son will be excited to get this atv for his birthday!

I was very skeptical when I received a contract to fill out which included a clause that would not allow me to do a charge back on my bank and thought it was a scam. At first I refused to sign and sent a contact form in explaining why. I got a call the next day from a supervisor there and got everything sorted out. 1 day after the call and signing the form, I got a call from the drop ship company asking if they could delivery the ATV in a couple days. The kid that worked all summer to save for the ATV is thrilled and the other kid is so jealous she is now try to work and save money to buy herself either a ATV or Dirt Bike. Would have definitely reversed the purchase if I had not gotten that call due to all the fraud these days. To anyone that might be iffy about this company after reading the required contract, it is not a scam. They are perfectly made products and do require some assembly, but are completely worth the price tag. The rest is from the kid that actually paid for and is using the ATV: I love it, it goes fast. I have so much fun riding it. I worked hard to get it and it was totally worth it.

I gave a two star due to the fact I just ordered and if it pans out and gets here I will give a 5 star. Shipping was longer than planned but was holiday weekend (July 4th holiday). Arrived as promised. Had it delivered to local atv shop for the ‘some assembly’ so still in box. Still hoping for best but would give 4 stars on everything else. I never give 5 stars, there is never a perfect. But very happy. Can’t wait too get riding.

Very happy so far. Every other vendor online had horrible reviews. Fepowersports had good reviews. I pulled the trigger and was able to order a t-force platinum, which was not on their website. Was delivered in a box, with the steel cage on a pallet. So no significant damage to even mention. I’ve read horror stories online with other places that’s why I chose to shop here…. one thing I did notice while putting it together was a large bracket missing, but they are working with me on that topic…I would definitely purchase from this vendor again.

Very fast delivery, got what I ordered. Some cosmetic scratches and had to bend the mounts for the racks. Overall will have tons of fun this Christmas with the kiddos.
They called me because they didn’t have the color I selected therfore I asked for the atv to be put together since they didn’t have the color I purchased. They told me of course that it would be no problem and the least they could do. It arrived very quickly but not put together like they said it would be. I called and left a voicemail with no answer or call back.
