I would definitely go through fepowersports again, my son loves his new surron bike. My neighbor was gracious enough to assemble the bike and he said it was a little difficult getting it out of the casing, but the rest was easy.

Customer service was difficult to get ahold of during the holiday season but they did call me back and were upfront with me on every question I had. I will likely be shopping here again

The process of buying and comparing the difference in each option was so smooth. Shipping was fast and the delivery process was so easy. We had worries about the 18 wheeler coming down our driveway. However, he called before coming and we were able to setup to meet at an easy location.

Tribal Motorsports was great and my low rating on the product doesn’t or shouldn’t reflect on them. When called and emailed about my order status they were great. I did not reach out to them about the product issues as it took me many weeks to get around to assembling it. I was outside the timeframe to get issues addressed, and will have to deal with it on my own. I had high hopes for the mini banshee and had planned on buying a second one but have changed my mind based on personal reasons.

It was awesome easy and super fast delivery and great prices!!!!

My wife and I was looking for many different deals on 4wheelers for her daughter. Facebook marketplace for used to good deals on brand new. Once we found this website through an ad on fb we were sold. Possibly later down the road we will do another deal with you all, so far our experience has been good, the metal crate was a little damaged but I didn’t see any damages to the product itself.

They were incredibly fast with scheduling and shipping… And they weren’t kidding when they say next day processing!!
