Does FEPOWERSPORTS Offer Pick-Ups
At this time, we do not offer pick-up services. We have found that this option slows down our efficiency. Therefore, we utilize LTL freight shipping companies to deliver our vehicles to 99% of residential addresses in the country. Liftgate and appointment scheduling are included with shipping.

I have an issue with my vehicle, can i get a refund or a new one?
Once a product has been opened and assembled, it cannot be returned for a full refund under any circumstances, as it is considered “Used” at that point. However, rest assured that our dedicated warranty team is readily available to assist you in identifying any issues with parts and arranging for new parts to be sent to you promptly.

What does the waranty and extended waranty cover?
The standard manufacturer warranty included with your purchase extends for 90 days from the day you receive your product. If you opted for an extended warranty, you simply add the length of time you extended your warranty for to the standard 90-day period.
Our warranty covers NON-WEARABLE PARTS and manufacturer defects. In the event of a defect, proof may be required from the manufacturer, along with the VIN number of the product you purchased, for us to file a claim. We are committed to advocating for our customers and take pride in negotiating to secure parts coverage at no cost, including free shipping.

How does shipping work and how long does it takes?

Setting us apart from other dealerships, we include liftgate service, relieving you of any heavy lifting as the shipping company handles the entirety of the process. Additionally, the shipping company will coordinate a delivery appointment tailored to your schedule, ensuring convenience every step of the way.
Opting for the semi-assembled option ensures your order is safeguarded within robust crates, guaranteeing the safety of your vehicle during transit. Alternatively, selecting the fully assembled ready-to-ride option (our recommended choice) entails our skilled and seasoned technicians conducting a thorough 30-point inspection and test on each vehicle. Subsequently, the vehicle is securely strapped to a heavy-duty pallet, emphasizing our meticulous attention to detail and commitment to ensuring the safe delivery of your order.
Standard shipping typically takes 9-11 business days, while express shipping shortens the timeframe to 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for order processing. For fully assembled orders, kindly anticipate up to a week for processing.
Why is my tracking number not working on the LTL website?
Tracking numbers may take 2-3 business days to become active or start updating as our warehouse facilities coordinate shipping or the shipping company updates their system. For customers who have selected the ‘Fully Assembled Ready-to-Ride’ package, tracking numbers may take up to a week to become operational. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding tracking, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Why have not received a tracking number yet?
After placing an order, please allow a few days for order processing and the provision of tracking information. If you have not received a tracking number within this timeframe, please do not hesitate to contact us.
